Some fun websites

Hi Parents!

Well this is my last blog. So I'm going to go out with a boom. I will give links to various fun yet still educational websites for your children to explore.

The first one is a website just for kindergartners. It has games to enhance fine motor skills, to learn shapes, videos and games based off popular children's shows such as Barney, Clifford, Dragon Tales or Sesame Street. There are also games that require an adult's help, so that's where you come in mom and dad!

Using this second website children can improve their reading skills at home. There are 4 different levels, which you can guide your children to the appropriate one depending on their needs. Your children should all be in levels 3 or 4. There are art gallery's, music section, poetry and tongue twisters available for your child to play with in level 3. And in level 4 there are folk tales, comics and fiction/nonfiction for your child to build upon their reading skills.

On the last website children can play and have fun with the educational games here. There are games in the arts/music, sciences, mathematics/logic, languages and social sciences/environment. Each category has many different games for your child to choose from.

Happy Playing!

~Miss Amy
